Will adding milk to tea prevent tea staining of the teeth?

I barely had a dental cleaning where the dentist has vigorously scraped my teeth because I had so many stains of tea. I don 't want to pass that experience ever again in agony, but I don' t want to give up my tea! I was wondering if adding milk to tea, black tea will prevent the staining of my teeth? Also, I want to know other ways to prevent the stains of tea, and home remedies for removing stains. Thank you!

Het toevoegen van melk verhindert niet het bevlekken van tanden, maar met een bepaalde bedoeling, vermindert het wezenlijk het bevlekken. Een test voor dit moet een kop thee in een microgolf (ongeveer 1 min 10 seconde voor 1000watt) maken. Het bevlekt de kop – doe het met melk, geen vlek.
