I experience different tea brewing results with the same tea at work and home?
Feel different results of fermentation of tea with the same tea at work and home? My tap water is soft and the water on the job is one of those huge jugs typical work environment has provided cold or hot. In my country the tea will be darker and have more flavor, at work my tea will be lighter and will have an acceptable amount of flavor. What gives?
