hey gurly my birthday is in two weeks and need to lose what my son calls the tent “minnows” I’m goin to try a liquid diet for four days, including beverages protient + i love to work with you and maintaining revisions to each other who want to enter? serenyti statring im my love on Friday in the biggest of my sons b-day huh imagine how pizza, ice cream! Oh no! DISAPLINE!

Diets like this that goes far beyond that which is necessary to take multi-vitamins. . . his best trying to lose weight, considering the form of calories you eat normally and that the reduction of 500 calories. His law is necessary PROTEIN PROTEIN PROTEIN!

Lol one thing. . . try to stay busy. . . for some reason, when we are bored or have nothing to do tend to eat more or just want to eat when not hungry. . .

Since you like carbohydrates, when did you feel the desire that comes from getting what you want to eat. . . but cut in half in our 4ths. . . . eat some and save the rest for later. . . very useful vitamins and fiber. . . . makes you feel fuller and you can get through your day. . . . in fact our body does not need as much protein as you think only a part. . . . That is why we crave carbohydrates. . . If you feel a little ‘blood sugar may be low for candy, or drink orange juice
The portions and exercise. . . I am a great science, so I learned a lot about how the body works. . . portioning of meals is a good way and you feel hungry first drink at times when you feel hungry your body is really thirsty. . . . cardio helps burn fat and this is what we lose and work with weights or agaist our body weight (eg, bending, etc.) help us gain more muscle and muscle burns more calories. . .

Girl you need to eat. That’s why it feels like crap.
When you go on these diets should try to take vitamins and iron pills. . . . iron pills will help keep the energy up yor because your body will not always be as many nutrients necessary because you do not eat all the food or foods that contain the right thing. . . . mainly because there are women who tend to be faster anemic. . . I’m on a diet and get fit at this time for a parade in my school have already lost 6 pounds this week. . . Hope that helps. . .
